AEO is answer-engine optimization. People no longer just search, they ask. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI answers for a recommendation, and those tools name a few businesses. AEO is the work of becoming one of the businesses they name. It matters now because the customer often never sees a list of ten links anymore. They see one answer. You want to be in it.
Do you only work with real estate?
No. Real estate is where I run my own AI, so it is my proving ground. The systems are the same across trades. Voice agents, lead follow-up, and AEO work for HVAC, dental, legal, home services, med spas, and most local businesses in Los Angeles. If you take calls and chase leads, this fits.
